Refund policy

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please email us at info@australianbushhampers.com.au and provide images of the damaged item.

Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received your photos of the damaged product, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, you will be informed that the new item has been posted.  

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on hampers for change of mind, once the order has been processed and posted to the recipient.

Substitutions

On the rare occasion that a particular product is not available, we will substitute that product with one of a similar nature, with a higher monetary value.
